Well, where to start? There has been alot this new year. My sister moved back before Christmas and it has been wonderful having her back and getting to spend time with her and Ryan. They have bought a house and started a new job so far this year! There house is so cute can't wait for the house warming party, they will move in the beginning of February! It is so funny how as sisters you go through phases from friends to enemies to just sisters to two married women to best friends. I am so excited for what is in store for us!
Last weekend I got to spend time with an old friend/mentor through college. It was great getting to catch up and see how much her kiddoes have changed. It was just like we picked up right where we had left off!!
My personal new journey this year is that I am going to get to go part time! I will be able to work from home, at the office, and the best part, spend more time with my little guy! I am really excited that this is finally a reality for me! With this I am making time for a bible study at the new church we have been going to. I hope to get more involved and meet some great people through this!
We already have so many great things planned this year, I just can't wait to watch everything unfold.

Is it really over???
I love this time of the year, people seem to change a little over the holiday season. It has come and gone so fast. We had such a great Christmas, lots of family time, reminiscing of old times and time to slow down and relax. Major did well this Christmas, he was so funny to watch open presents, Mr. theatrical. For about three days after Christmas he would wake up in the morning and tell me that he needed to go to Nana's because "ho ho" (his term for Santa and anything associated with Christmas)had brought him "one more present". We tried to explain that Santa would be back next year, but he finally just settled for waiting until his birthday!
We spent New Years Eve with my family and had a fun filled evening of games, food, fun and lots of laughter. (I need to round up any pictures, they always capture the moment). Now it is back to work......And ironing out when we are going to start finalizing plans for our house. Lots to do in this New Year!!!
