Weekends, Come & Go!!!
We have learned over the years that some weekends have to be packed full of as much as possible, to do and see all you want too! This weekend was one of those. We had a family reunion on Saturday morning in East Texas, which is always a sight to see with this family :) and the weather couldn't have been any better!! Then we drove back to Dallas for a wedding at The Crescent, absolutely beautiful! The ceremony was held in a courtyard and of corse the bride was gorgeous. We left there, unfortunately earlier then we would have liked, to head to downtown Fort Worth. There we met up with my sister and brother-in-law and went to the Ranch Bash, well, we attempted to until we saw the line. We went and hung out where we could still hear the music and when the line shortened a bit and we went in to see Stoney finish up the show, it was great! We finished the night by sitting st Starbucks and talking over a cup of joe! Sunday, we had to get the kiddo to the Pumpkin Patch before it closed for the season! And then had a great dinner with my sister before they had to head home. All and all it was a great weekend!!! Not to mention we are trying to get moved to the new place.

Planes, Trains & Automobiles????
You wouldn't think you would go to an air show and shed a tear, but I was so moved by some of the people there. Soldiers were there to explain what the fighter planes are used for and how they are used, it was amazing to observe how excited they are about what they do. We so often forget what some people are risking for us to be so free. I am so thankful for all that they do, God Bless them!!!!

Tail-Gaters

Well, if you can't get tickets to the game, why not just hang out in the parking lot. Sean and I went to the Cowboys game on Sunday with my parents and some of the regulars. We didn't have a chance to get tickets to go into the stadium, but we sure did enjoy ourselves. We watched the game and also bystanders, from our comfy little tailgate area, I haven't decided what was better the game or some of the amazing people we saw drifting by??? Even with the loss we had alot of fun and we will hopefully be back for the Greenbay game, gotta love Brett Favre!!
