Most Exciting News....

Sean and I will be an aunt and uncle in August!!! And Major will have a playmate...

Simple Update...

Well Christmas has come and gone, the new year has began and for the Moore family it has been a roller coster, but it is smoothing out, now that we are almost 15 days into the new year!!

This weekend we put more fish into Pop's pond, and Major just thought it was the coolest, although his idea of fishing doesn't require as much patience as the real thing! Here is a video of the transfer...

'TIS THE SEASON...

We have really been excited about Christmas this year... and thankfully there was no stress involved! Admit it the holidays can be stressful... We have gone to see Santa, made a gingerbread house and gone to the Christmas tree farm.

Merry Christmas, too all!!

Thanksgiving

Normally there are family photos and cute pictures of the kids playing, but I forgot my camera for the day of Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful day with family and friends! The part of thanksgiving that was caught on camera this year was our weekend to Woodson, to relax and hunt...and hunting we did...bobcat...deer...piggies!!!

Trip to North Dakota

Why God put one of my best friends as far north as you can go is beyond me. I am so excited that we got to go and visit Katie, Adam and the new addition, Baby Mathias! We had such a great time, unfortunately it had been over a year since we had seen them, but it didn't even feel like it. Here are some pictures of our trip!

3 Amazing Days

This past weekend we set out on a Journey to gather with over 3000 women, and a few men, to spend 3 days together and walk 60 miles. There were tears of laughter, joy, sadness and pain. There was no way you could leave this weekend and not be touched somehow by what we saw and experienced. On Friday morning we set out on Day 1 of our Journey, the quote of the day was from a man, "Why turn down 3 days with over 3,000 women and you can to freely talk about boobs!” The atmosphere all weekend was encouraging. Day 2 was special, me and my mom walked together all day; we finished the 20 mile day together, and at times hand in hand. Day 2 was an emotional day. I love my mom very much and was so glad to spend this day with her!

Day 3 was a tough day...I underestimated the realization of walking 20 miles a day, so Sunday I took it easy, well I had to or I thought my leg would fall off! Amanda and I finished together this day.

I could go on about the memories and amazing efforts seen in others, it was truly a great experience. From the enthusiastic crew members, to fellow walkers, to the cheer stations set up along the route, they were true angles!! There is power in numbers and this weekend definitely proved that. When I thought I couldn't take another step, this was on the back of the T-Shirt in front of me, "Lord if you pick them up, I will put them down..." Amazing how God works to keep you going!!! Thank you to all that supported me in this event, whether it was by donations or prayers, I truly am blessed that I got to experience it…

We all had different reasons to walk, but it was always for someone we Love!

Trick or Treat...

Smell my feet, give me something good to eat!

Well until Wednesday he was set on being Buzz Lightyear, but then we had a last minute change. So Friday we scrambled around and created "Dash" from the Incredilbles. We had such a fun night and suprisingly didn't eat TOO much candy!!

This is our Mr. Pirate Pumkin Head that we made on Thursday, it was so easy and Major thinks it is so funny!!
