"FARM LIFE"

For the city girl that I have always been, I am haveing too much fun tending to the animals. We currently have 5 cows, 2 calf, (one didn't make it & 2 on the way) and 2 donkeys (Guss & PatPat). Not only do I enjoy it, but Major is so cute with all the animals. It is true, life is slower in the country, and you have more time to take it all in. Right now there is a beautiful sunrise, with the animals grazing the pasture. Here are some pictures of the herd!

Somebody Loves You!!

"DEAR FRIENDS, SINCE GOD SO LOVED US, WE ALSO OUGHT TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER. NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN GOD; BUT IF WE LOVE ONE ANOTHER, GOD LIVES IN US AND HIS LOVE IS MADE COMPLETE IN US." 1 John 4:11-12

BUMMER!!

So, I had alot I was going to get done today, we are throwing a baby shower for my cousin tomorrow and of course have some last minute things to get together, but I may not be that big of a help! Yesterday we took Major to the doctor and when you think you are in the clear with a healthy record, just wait, yes Major has the FLU. He slept alot yesterday and just wanted to be held. The Dr. gave us a prescription, and he is usually good with taking medicine, but this stuff he will not even try to swallow!! Today he seems a little better! Just pray that Sean and I will stay healthy, Sean would be harder to Dr. then Major! JK! I hope we stay healthy Sean had a flu shot, but the pharmacist told me it was too late for me to get one. BUT... the weekend must go on!

From Fort Worth to Dallas!

This past weekend we got the full experience of living in the heart of Texas! We spent all day Saturday at the Rodeo, Major had a blast! Lots of animals, bull riding and what child would complain when Papa buys you cotton candy before lunch time!!!

Then on Sunday we went to the Mavs game, a gift for the entire family for Christmas. It was eventful and fun, Katie to took the cutest little video of Major and my cousin dancing and shaking signs for the players. I love it when we get to spend time with our family, we are a unique group of charactors.
